Istituto Mercurio supports companies through structured investigative services and defined areas of intervention, aimed at protecting the organization, managing risks, and supporting decision-making processes.

Investigative activities for businesses
Istituto Mercurio carries out investigative activities in the corporate sector, operating on behalf of:
Industrial groups and businesses / Law firms and professionals / Associations and structured organizations
The Institute's government authorizations allow it to conduct civil and criminal investigations, as well as collect judicial and witness evidence, in compliance with applicable laws.

Areas of intervention
Istituto Mercurio's activity focuses on specific areas of corporate and organizational structure, including:
Employees / Managers and executives / Members and partners / Branches and subsidiaries, including those operating abroad
Each assignment is preceded by a preliminary analysis aimed at defining the purpose, operational scope, and intervention methods, consistent with the regulatory context and the interests of the client organization.
Institutional profile
Founded in 1966 by Cav. Bruno Busetto, Istituto Mercurio was one of the first structured investigative agencies in the area, becoming deeply involved in the local economic and manufacturing landscape from the very beginning.
Over the decades, the Institute has progressively expanded its scope of action, combining organizational development with constant attention to the regulatory, technological, and methodological evolution of the investigative sector.
Today, Istituto Mercurio operates through qualified personnel and a network of collaborators throughout the country, also making use of contacts and information sources active throughout Europe.
